Rob's Place

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An exceptional stay from beginning to end. The apartment was beautifully presented, immaculate, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Every detail had clearly been considered to ensure a comfortable and effortless stay. The level of cleanliness, quality, and attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations. It felt welcoming, refined, and exceptionally well cared for. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable stay. A truly five-star experience, and we would happily return.

Rob’s place is amazing. It’s a comfortable place, full with everything you need and more. It was our second stay and everything was even better than the first time. The living room is a bright open space with a real kitchen fully equipped for cooking, 2 big sofa to rest in after a long London day. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee or and evening drink watching the sunset over the wetlands. Bedrooms are of good size and equipped with comfortable king beds, tv, a lot of place for clothes and luggages . The two bathrooms are really an advantage for families and groups. It’s a safe an quiet place really close to the city center with the tube station only 4 min walk from the apartment. Delicious bakery just next to the building and a lot of restaurants in Walthamstow. We will surely come back to Rob’s place. Thank you for being such a great host.

We had an absolutely brilliant 3-night stay in Rob's beautifully appointed, modern apartment close by Walthamstow's trendy "beer mile" and just 5 minutes walk from Blackhorse Road underground station ( Victoria line, trains every 3 minutes to central London). Rob contacted us as soon as we booked and met us at the property on arrival, making sure we had no difficulty with the secure entrance, showed us round the apartment and offered helpful suggestions about grocery shopping and eating out locally. The apartment was gorgeous: spacious, comfortably furnished, spotlessly clean and very well equipped for self-catering. The apartment building is in a recently redeveloped neighbourhood with tidy, attractive public spaces and was peaceful at night. The nearby supermarket had everything we needed. To sum up, an exceptional property beautifully presented by an outstanding host. Many thanks Rob!

This apartment is stunning with lovely evening views and sunsets from the balcony. It had absolutely everything you need for a short or long stay and there were lots of extra touches that really made it stand out from coffee pods to spices all available for guests to use during their stay. We booked 12 days here as we were working in the area so it was a really great location with easy access to the tube just 2min walk away and 12 minutes to central London as well as great motorway links from the A406. Rob was a lovely kind host and was really helpful from the start and even helped us find a car parking space. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back for another stay.
